To get there red mark so you I can see you more easily on the rumble chat this is what rumble told me you need to do. They need to make sure their Rumble/Locals accounts are synced for Rumble to recognize that they are a Locals subscriber.

Tell users to Connect their Locals account - you'll see it as an option when you click your user icon on Rumble. (you won't see anything if its already connected)
